The fireplace is currently in four pieces (as removed), does not stand on its own, and requires professional installation; no missing pieces
Mantel has been lightly cleaned, but not altered in any way
There is small damage on the center of the header's underside and the bottom of the left leg. Both can be left as-is or repaired fairly easily.
Overall the mantel is in good condition, considering its age and use
Overall, the mantel is approximately 59” W x 44.75” H x 12.75” D. The legs are 6.5” W x 4.75” D.
The mantel shelf is 1.5” thick
